No Smoking

Although the government announced a ban on smoking @ public places since last independence day, there seems to be no impact on public about this. We can still see the panwalla's selling gutkhas and cigarettes at every corner of town. Until and unless the government takes steps against these fellows, I don't think this ban will be successful.
What amuses me is that now a days our FM stations are also airing ads of gutkha and pan masala.. An ocassional smoker like me would not resist smoking at any place until some strong steps are taken..

Movie Time: Ghajini

Merry Christmas World..!!! Hope this Christmas and New Year brings all the happiness to our homes and our world.. Lets pray the evils of terrorism gets destroyed for ever from our lives..

Two years back when I was watching telugu version of Ghajini, I just kept wondering how wonderful the movie would be in hindi starring the perfectionist Aamir. Now, yesterday when I saw our hero on big screen singing, dancing, and fighting the villians.. I was totally convinced that no one but Aamir is the only guy who could have done justice to this character. The movie is a reel by reel copy of the south version expect for the climax, and it was indeed a good idea to change the end the movie in a slightly different way. So much gaga over Aamir in the media these days.. hes the one visible on every channel and every show over the last month..

I had least expectations for our new heroine Asin who made her debut in hindi.. when I heard read that the same girl is going to play the lead in the hindi version as well, I was not sure whether the movie would turn out to be as great as the original one.. but the lady proved me wrong, the public was into laughter and whistles blew in the theatre during the time she was on screen..

Although, the villian should have been more powerfully portrayed on the screen.. but u know.. its an out and out Aamirs movie.. and its a must watch guys.. I am sure u gonna love it..

10681 Kms without..

yes.. without a DL.. haha.. its almost been a year i been riding my new bike and riding without mandatory documents .. well this is not an acheivement to boast abt.. i know.. this is not rite.. illegal.. but whos got the time in this world to get these docs from the authorities.. no matter u get 2 days off in a week but still u end up roaming here n thr in useless work..

i would end paying hefty due if i dnt get these papers urgently.. until then wish me luck ..

i have a tip for all bike riders.. never be in a hurry to cross a square as soon as the signal turns green.. ALWAYS TAKE TIME TO LOOK AT THE LEFT AND THE RIGHT AND THEN CROSS TRAFFIC SIGNAL EVEN IF YOUR SIGNAL IS GREEN.. the other day when i was crossing one of the squares, a volvo bus rammed from the opposite direction even when my signal was green and his signal just turned red.. the bus driver was in a hurry to cross the signal when it was his yellow..

so guyz, take care n drive safely..
